The opportunity to regenerate the Brewery into a vibrant new focal point within the capital providing modern work and leisure spaces is unique. It´s redevelopment presents a challenge to create a dynamic new district for the city. Our proposal incorporates a rich yet harmonious juxtaposition between the heritage buildings – the site’s protagonists - and new state-of-the art office/retail accommodation which is complemented by a high-quality public realm. This will offer abundant services and leisure activities which reactivate and celebrate the character of the site’s historic buildings. The design establishes a rich and dynamic dialogue between the contrasting orders of the organic space between buildings and the architecture envisioned within the site.
