Borgos Pieper was appointed to design an exclusive hotel and club on a prime site in Hollywood that will create a new landmark building. The 12,000sqm proposal includes lounges, cinemas, screening rooms as well as landscaped garden, three destination restaurants, spa, fitness facilities and 80 guest suites.

The design is composed of three 12 and 11 storey intersecting cylinders clad in bronze and glass to form the hotel and club accommodation with spectacular views over the city. The tower rests upon a limestone plinth topped by a landscaped garden and pool area.
