The project is located on a slope overlooking the historic town centre with views of the sea in the distance.

Our proposal seeks to order the development of the hillside in a manner that is sensitive to the existing terrain with the aim of ordering the residential development within existing and new tree cover. Discrete landscape interventions - such as new habitat routes and trails - will enhance the quality of the site with a controlled environmental plan.

52 new residences and one low block of apartments will be set into the hill and link the town to the hillside.
