On a 3.3-hectare site in central Tashkent, this 122,000 sqm scheme includes four towers — hotel, serviced apartments, and two residential buildings — set above a five-storey plinth with retail, cultural, and leisure uses. A north–south pedestrian spine runs through the site, unifying the urban structure and connecting the neighbourhood.

The scheme ensures economic viability by combining diverse programmes within an efficient layout. Active ground-floor spaces generate value from the outset, while flexible configurations allow the development to adapt to changing market demands.

The architectural clarity of the project is seen in its slender towers, which create distinctive skyline markers, and in the shaded, pedestrian friendly ground plane. Passive environmental solutions for cooling, shading, and heating further reduce energy demand while enriching the comfort of the public realm.

The design leaves a social legacy by creating a permeable and welcoming district. The central pedestrian spine and generous open spaces invite the public into the heart of the scheme, encouraging interaction and civic life.
