The studio has been commissioned to transform Kaiser Wilhelm II´s former sailing station on the Jungfernsee in Potsdam into 9 exclusive residential apartments.  The site is composed of a landscaped park of 12,000sqm  adjacent to the lake. Three existing buildings dating from 1891-95 are timber structures fabricated in Norway that together with a reconstructed reception strcuture on the lake will complete the original ensemble of buildings. The refurbishment process has started and construction is scheduled for completion in autumn 2018.
