The studio was invited to present proposals for a new conference and exhibition centre on an urban site adjacent to a public park. The brief requires two highly flexible “magic boxes” to serve the growing need for exhibition and banqueting spaces in the city.

The carbon neutral proposal developed with the collaborating teams responds by stacking the serviced volumes and extending the park into the building.
