The studio was commissioned to design new office space for an international research company.

The city centre site requires retaining the existing façade and building a new six storey structure behind it for state-of-the-art offices incorporating a sophisticated IT infrastructure. The low-energy design uses a steel structure and high performance glazing to create a light-filled, open plan work environment.
