Borgos Pieper was appointed to regenerate this listed industrial mill building within the Puerto Madero district in Buenos Aires. The brief is to transform the decaying structure of the mill in order to create a multi-use cultural space for exhibitions, events and performances that offers state-of-the-art facilities for a contemporary arts programme.

The accommodation comprises 1,800sqm of spaces including a ground floor multi-use hall divisible into 4 spaces as well as a terrace. The first floor “cathedral” space and second floor gallery will offer dramatic 15m high volumes where exhibitions and performances can take place. A rooftop cafe and museum shop will complement the accommodation in the building.
